Directions:

Fill a shaker with ice cubes.

Add the vodka, blue curacao and pineapple juice.

Shake until well blended and cold.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Garnish with a cherry or slice of pineapple if desired and serve immediately. Enjoy!
