Ramos Gin Fizz

Instructions
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, orange flower water, egg white, and heavy cream to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for at least one minute to emulsify the egg white and create a frothy texture.
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top the glass with club soda, pouring it slowly and allowing it to mix with the cocktail to create a creamy head.
Garnish the drink with a twist of orange peel and serve immediately.
Notes
The shaking process for a Ramos Gin Fizz can be quite intensive, as it requires a long and vigorous shake to create the frothy texture of the drink.
