Instructions
Instructions:
Begin by chilling your martini glass. You can do this by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or filling it with ice while you prepare the cocktail.
If you'd like a salted rim, take a small plate and pour some coarse salt onto it. Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of the martini glass to moisten it. Then, gently dip the moistened rim into the salt to coat it evenly.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, orange liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, olive brine, and orange juice.
Fill the shaker with ice and then securely close it. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the ingredients and mix them thoroughly.
Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled and salt-rimmed martini glass.
If desired, garnish your Mexican Martini with a lime wheel or twist and a few jalapeño slices for a spicy kick.
Serve your Mexican Martini immediately, and enjoy!
