Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add the Crème de Menthe, crème de cacao and heavy cream/half & half to the shaker and shake until well combined and chilled.

Strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice cubes (or a martini glass).

Garnish with mint leaves if desired, and enjoy!
