-1 1/2 ounces gin
-3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
-3/4 ounce simple syrup
or more, to taste
-Ginger beer
chilled

Instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup; shake vigorously until combined and cold.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, top off with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
