Butterfly Pea Flower Ice Cubes

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers
or 4 tablespoons fresh
- 6 cups of water
Instructions
Put the butterfly pea flowers into a heat proof container or bowl.
Pour the 6 cups of water over the flower petals and cover it with a lid or cling wrap, then let it steep for 10 minutes.
Strain out any remaining flower petals using a fine sieve and pour the liquid into an ice cube tray.
Place in the freezer until frozen solid, usually 2 to 3 hours depending on your freezer temperature setting. Enjoy!
