Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine the brandy, lemon juice, Cointreau or triple sec and superfine sugar. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously until well mixed.

Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange and/or lemon peel to serve.
