Instructions:

Fill a large wine glass, tumbler, or goblet with ice cubes and pour in the Prosecco until it's two thirds full.

Add the Aperol and stir gently for about 10 seconds to combine all ingredients together.

Top off with a splash of soda water or club soda and give it another gentle stir to finish the drink off nicely.

Garnish with an orange slice or twist of lemon peel if desired before serving!
