-1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
-1 teaspoon brown sugar
or to taste
-3–4 ounces hot coffee
-Heavy cream
lightly whipped (or half and half)
Instructions
Instructions:
Pour the whiskey into a warm Irish coffee mug or glass.
Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Pour in the hot coffee and mix well.
Float the lightly whipped heavy cream on top of the mixture and serve immediately with a spoon for stirring if desired.
