The first sip of Gin Sour will be sweet and tart from the combination of sugar and lemon juice. Then your taste buds will pick up on juniper notes from the gin.

As you continue sipping, aromatic botanicals such as coriander and angelica root will make their presence known with a slight herbal finish at the end. In other words, this drink offers something for everyone; it is refreshingly tart yet pleasantly sweet all at once!
